the image vendor is uplaoding its vsisible in media library of admin panel but its not geeting upladed in hivepress listing submit form its keep on spining in front end for vendor . vendor is not able to uplaod anything as its keep spining formver . i checked from hosying team its not error from there site that uplaod evrything is maximum from there side . i tried in other browser as well in ignito mode also . i tried by offing all the plugin just default theme still the error continues . please tell me what to do .

Please make sure that the file you’re trying to upload is not too large, as HivePress uses the default WordPress media upload functionality for images.
If possible, could you also share the image file you’re using? We’ll test it locally to see if we can reproduce the issue.
At the moment, I haven’t been able to reproduce this behavior on my end: Vendor image upload | Loom.
