Images are not removed from the listing

Hi, im having a problem. A user enter to a listing modificate an add image erase 1. Save changes, actualize and image come back again and doesnt erase it.

I erase cache
I dont have customizations with image

Hi Andrii, i continue with this problem.
Hosting is telling me that they only block:

Header always append X-Frame-Options SAMEORIGIN
Header set X-Content-Type-Options nosniff
Header set X-XSS-Protection “1; mode=block”
Header always set Referrer-Policy “no-referrer-when-downgrade”

That are posible Virus, but dont block funcionality.
I have more pages and they always work correctly.
Pictures that i erase and appear again still there in media.
