Import listing via FTP server

Hello there,

I started cooperation with large software for real estate agents. Different agents can import their apartment sales listing on different advertising portals at the same time. I would like to be able to import listing to my website. The software manufacturer informed me that this is possible via an FTP server. They want to integrate my website with their system via FTP, for automatic importing by real estate agents. Where on the FTP server can listing be imported? I understand that they will be in csv format? Is it even possible?
