Include payout details in payout info sent/showed to hosts

hosts have a hard time to know what payout is for what booking/order, since info we put on the wordpress admin end, doesnt get emailed to hosts and doesnt show in the host account payouts page.
can the payout title, and details (that put in the wordpress admin for payouts) be also shown to hosts, so they can know what payout is for what booking/order?

example we use the payout title field for booking/order number, we see but hosts don’t, and put in notes in the details of payouts, we see it but hosts don’t

can this info be shows to hosts on the host webpage for payouts, and also with tags to have it include it in the emails notifying host of payout. (it currently only shows payout #, not booking/order number, the payout amount, payout method, payout status, and payout date. but host don’t know what its for)

Hi,

Manual payouts aren’t actually tied to specific booking orders, that connection only exists with Stripe payouts. Could you clarify whether you might have customized the flow in some way, so that a manual payout is triggered after a specific booking is completed?

Just to explain a bit further: with manual payouts, the balance simply accumulates over time, and the host can request a payout of that accumulated amount whenever they’d like, whether it’s after 10 bookings or 100. Because of this, there isn’t really a direct way to determine which single booking a manual payout corresponds to, since it’s not designed to be linked to one specific booking in the first place.
