Hello, I have a rental website where local guesthouses list their rooms. All the listings can only manually accept booking, The challenge I am having is that after the booking has been confirmed, there is no way to automatically send them an email with the invoice and a link to make payment… Is there something like that?
Thanks for your feedback, currently there’s no such email token but we’ll consider adding it. If all the bookings on your site require payment, please try customizing the Booking Accepted email in HivePress/Emails, e.g. change its text to “The booking is confirmed, please proceed with a payment within 24 hours…”. There’s a booking page email token and this page has a Pay Now button.
