Is it possible to remove the entire Header display from the HivePress theme?

Hi,

I’ve removed the Header image from the homepage and chosen a colour, I’ve noticed there is a darkened hue over the Header image block which can’t be removed, I’m assuming?

I was wondering if it was possible to remove the entire Header Image Block/Space from the HivePress theme?
