I would like to run 2 different HIvepress themes on a main domain and a sub-domain. For example: www.maindomain.com and www.maindomain.com/directory. Essentially 2 different wordpress sites with different Hivepress themes - is this possible?

If you mean a multi-site, we cannot provide more details as we have not tested this. Also, we have not received any negative feedback that this plugin does not work with our themes.
