Is the review add-on extendable?

Is it possible to extend the review with additional ratings.

For example you are looking for a freelancer. you would like to know if the person has good communication skills, meets the deadline and the quality of work.

So instead of submitting one ratin of 1-5 stars, the user would enter, in this example, 3 1-5 stars. The average of the three becomes the overal rating.

Is this possible?
