Issue with Zoom App Integration: “Application not found”

Dear Hivepress-Support Team,

I have followed the video tutorial to create a Zoom App. The goal is to allow registered tutors on my website to link their own Zoom accounts via the “Connect Zoom” button, so that Zoom meeting links can be automatically generated.

However, when clicking on the “Connect Zoom” button, I receive the error message: “Application not found.” I have followed all the steps in the tutorial and double-checked the setup but am unsure what might be misconfigured.

I kindly request your assistance in resolving this issue and appreciate your support in advance.

Hi,

Once you’re done testing in Development mode, switch to Production mode and submit the app for review so that your site users can connect to their own Zoom accounts. This is needed because in Development mode, only the app developer can connect to their Zoom account, and other users will not be able to connect to Zoom.
