Issues with the demo import

Steps to reproduce

1. Install HivePress and set up the platform using the TaskHive theme and plugins.

2. Configure various settings and features as part of the platform setup.
   

   

3. At some point during configuration, display bugs appeared, affecting several interface components.

4. Attempt to resolve the issue by uninstalling the theme and plugins.

5. Reinstall the theme and plugins, but the display issues persist.

Actual result

Several key interface components are broken, including the search and filter windows across different sections, such as the vendor requests and the purchase window. All of these windows are not displaying correctly, and the issues persist even after uninstalling and reinstalling the theme and all plugins.

Expected result

The search and filter windows, along with the vendor request and purchase windows, should display correctly, without any broken elements, and the platform should function smoothly after reinstallation.

Hello,

I’ve tried a demo data import with the One Click Demo Import

And some filters block and core features of the platform are missing. As you can see on the screenshot.

-All Filters block are empty
-The button “buy now” is missing

Here is the log file provide by the import file extension. It seems they are few error if it’s related to this :

Hi,

I see. We recommend resetting the theme using the WP Reset plugin and reinstalling it (please note that all previous changes will be automatically deleted). Then everything should work correctly.
