I have not installed any new plugin BUT today when I tried to add a listing, after typing out the description on the visual editor, it all disappeared after I updated the listing i.e. everything I had typed is erased and there’s a blank space again.
I’ve tried to disable plugins but it has not helped.
Anyone with a solution to this please.

Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.
Because there is no code on our side that would automatically delete the description.

It appears to be a browser issue. If I edit the listing on Chrome it works. I was creating on Safari and it kept deleting after I publish or update the listing.
I also noticed that on Safari, it accepts the description if I type on using “text” as opposed to ‘visual’ which is what I prefer.
I’ll work with the available options. Thank you for your assistance.
