Listing Form Location Co-Ordinates

I have a question about the RentalHive Theme Listing Form.

My proposed site will be predominately focused around marine locations. When users create a listing, the location field looks like it requires an address. Is it possible to just add the map co-ordinates for the location?

Also, is it possible to have a map on the listing form so the listing creator can select their own location from the lap to input the data?
