I have an issue with listings. One of my clients added his image after posting. We’ve added it manually but its still listed to the default image (our logo)
The first listing you see. How can we remedy this?
I am using a custom theme, but have just tested on Hive Listings and the same issue occurs.
Please, I welcome any help/advice.
Hi @debharrison Are you using any cache plugin? If yes it could be related to cache, try clearing your cache.

Could you please let me know if the default placeholder image is implemented with custom code or if you’re using the built-in HivePress feature? Also, was the image added to the listing via the frontend or the WordPress dashboard?
If you’re using custom code for the placeholder, I would suggest trying the built-in option under HivePress > Settings > Listings > Placeholder Image. You can also temporarily disable the customization to rule out any conflicts.
If you’re already using the built-in placeholder feature, we’ll need the exact steps to reproduce the issue locally so we can confirm whether there is a bug and investigate a possible fix.
