Listing moderation doesn't work with packages

Now that I have turned on Paid Listings, listings are automatically being published on the site, despite me having the “Manually approve new listings” box checked in HivePress > Listings

Is there somewhere else that controls this for Paid Listings?
I would also like any changes made to approved Paid Listings to be manually approved also.
