Hi, can you suggest how to resolve the following please? A customer has ordered a subscription through WooCommerce but they do not appear in my list of vendors, and their listing does not show. Other vendors and listings are working OK, so I don’t know what went wrong.

Could you please clarify the behavior on your website so I can understand the issue better?
Just to note the Memberships plan doesn’t automatically change user roles to vendors, even if users purchase plans with vendor features. To become a vendor, there are two options: either submit a listing or enable direct vendor registration.
As far as I understand, you have the Memberships plugin and allow users to post listings only with an active plan. If so do you see an order for the subscription in your WooCommerce orders? Does the user see the subscription plan in their Memberships section?
Have you tried testing this with a test user to see if the issue occurs? It would be really helpful to understand all the steps the user took when trying to become a vendor but was unable to.
