I have had about a dozen friends select my “Register” and account option to create a listing and they never receive a confirmation email. We have checked spam folders and still there is no follow up email.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
Please try using the WP Mail SMTP plugin How to Set Up the Google Workspace / Gmail Mailer in WP Mail SMTP They have a Test Email tool so you can test the setup until outgoing emails are successfully sent.
