%listing% showing up at meta and listing instead of the listing title

I purchased the SEO extension. And input “%listing% For Rent” as the Meta title. And when i check the meta ttitle of a page in the listing it is showing exactly %listing For Rent instead of (Listing title) For Rent. How do i make the %listing% token work properly?
