Could you please give us more details about the issue? What is the exact number of listings for the vendor experiencing this issue? Have you tried disabling third-party plugins and customizations? Have you tried testing in incognito mode to see if there’s a caching issue? Have you tried disabling cache for logged-in users? Does this issue occur for all vendors or only for a specific one? Have you tried adding a new listing to this vendor to see if the listing count updates?
The more details we have, the more effective our help will be. At the moment, we can’t provide a solution because we need more information to understand what’s happening.
