Listings decrement when a listing is rejected. I can understand the decrement if a listing was published then found to violate site policies. However…
When a listing is rejected before it is published, a customer should not lose the listing they paid for. They should get an email that says, the posting has been rejected and they can edit that posting. While I understand there is a work around by returning a posting to draft mode - however, no email is sent in the case that a listing is sent to draft mode. And no email is sent if a listing in draft is then deleted.
These may simply be needed features, but they are so basic, they feel like bugs.
