LiteSpeed Cache plugin - sign in / register modal and HP menu buttons stopped working

Hi Team

I’ve upgraded LiteSpeed Cache to the current version and it’s conflicting with HP and preventing the #user_login_modal and “List A Service” and “Post A Request” menu buttons from working.

As soon as I deactivate the plugin, everything works again.

Is there a different caching plugin you can recommend with HP or is this something you can resolve on your end?

Many thanks

Hi,

We checked this issue from our side, and it seems okay. Please make sure you set up this plugin as shown in this post: How to Speed up a HivePress-built Website | HivePress Blog. Also, please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. Additionally, please refresh permalinks: How to refresh WordPress permalinks - HivePress Help Center

Thanks, but I tried all that before I posted.
The issue still exists.
I deactivated all plugins excluding HivePress and LiteSpeed Cache and the links still won’t work. I refreshed permalinks and checked the Cache settings also.

To correct something I initially wrote - the “Post a Request” link in the button still works with LiteSpeed cache activated, but #user_login_modal and “List A Service” doesn’t.

Thanks

Hi,

Please send temporary WP access to support@hivepress.io with details for reproducing this issue and we’ll test it further. You can create a temporary access link using this plugin Temporary Login Without Password – WordPress plugin | WordPress.org

I’m having the same issue. Followed the suggestions as well but the sign in modal and register modal appear under the footer after clicking sign-in.

Hi,

Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.

There’s a redirect which causes the modals to appear at the bottom of the page.

https://myexample.com/account/login/?redirect=https%3A%2F%2Fmyexample.com.com%2Fsubmit-listing%2F

This is after clicking the add listing button or the become vendor link.
The sign in link under the hamburger menu activates the modals correctly.

If someone wants to continue using Litespeed Cache, I suggest a reset.
Go to LiteSpeed Cache Configuration Presets. Click Import/Export. There you will find a button to reset Litespeed Cache to default.

Guys, I’m using the “WP Fastest Cache” caching plugin. Solved my problems with general caching. Test it out!
