Location search not working (Google API enabled)

Hi,
Keyword and category search work fine, but when I include location, it shows “Nothing found.”
Google Maps API is integrated and location settings are enabled.
Why is the location search not returning results?

Hi,

Please ensure you’ve configured the Geolocation extension correctly by following this documentation: How to set up Geolocation - HivePress Help Center. Also, if you’re unable to set up Google Maps, we recommend trying MapBox as it’s easier to configure.

Additionally, verify that your Google Maps API is properly configured according to this guide: How to get a Google Maps API key.

Please also temporarily disable any third-party plugins and customizations to see if the issue persists. If you’re using a caching plugin, ensure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.
