Please check that the language specified in WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General matches the language of the translation (e.g., if the site language is English (UK), and the translation language is in Loco Translate English (USA), then some translations may not work, and you need to change the language to English (USA) in WordPress Dashboard > Settings > General).
