If the person is not registered, when you click Post a Request you are redirected to the page with an error
Please refresh the permalink structure in Settings/Permalinks (choose a structure with %postname% if the default one is selected) and check if this issue persists.
Please contact your hosting provider and ask them to check the access log, the page may be blocked on their side (if there are no security plugins in WordPress that may cause this issue). Maybe their security tools detect this URL as suspicious (HivePress itself registers URLs using WP functions so it should be ok).
