I don’t know if that will be the answer here, but maybe the community will help.
Users complain that if they do not use the website on their smartphone browsers, they cannot login to their accounts. I checked it and after entering the data, the website refreshes without any message instead of logging in. You will tell us why this is happening.
Everything works fine on the computer
Please make sure that there are no mobile-specific caching solutions or plugins that may cause this, e.g. Google AMP. If it’s possible to reproduce this issue on the theme demo site with some specific device/browser version please send the details and we’ll try to debug this further.
