Make the optional fields required in the Profile page

I would like to remove the optional tag from the Profile Image, First Name, Last Name and Profile Info, and also from the Gallery when creating a listing. I would like to replace this with ‘Required’ or an asterisk *: Could anyone share a snippet for this please?

Hi

Thanks for sharing these but these snippets removes the fields completely from what I understand. I only want to remove the (Optional) tags marked in yellow and make these field required or just add the word required.
