I would like to setup my listing in this way. Manually approve for free listing but Automatic approval for paid listing. How can I do that? thanks

Unfortunately, there is no such feature, as manual listing confirmation is applied to all listings, regardless of packages. Therefore, it would require a custom implementation to customize everything differently.
