I recently purchased HivePress Marketplace, but I’m having some trouble getting it to work correctly with WooCommerce. Currently, my pages are misconfigured: the account pages and menu links aren’t functioning, and my custom CSS isn’t appearing as expected.
I’ve looked for a comprehensive setup guide for this integration but couldn’t find one. Could you please provide instructions on how to properly configure the Marketplace with WooCommerce? I apologize if I sound frustrated; I’ve been troubleshooting this for hours and really want to get it right, as I think HivePress is an excellent system otherwise. Thank you for your help!

The setup process is quite straightforward and doesn’t require many steps. Typically, you just need to install and activate both Marketplace and WooCommerce. Once WooCommerce is activated, its setup wizard will guide you through configuring your store (payment methods, currency, taxes, etc.): Configuring WooCommerce settings: documentation - WooCommerce.
After that, you can set commissions in HivePress > Settings > Users or Vendors, depending on your setup. Select the payout method for vendors and configure other marketplace-related settings in HivePress > Settings > Listings > Selling.

I’m having some trouble with my site: several pages went down right after I installed the Marketplace plugin. I already had WooCommerce set up, and I noticed that the pages only start working again if I disable either WooCommerce or the Marketplace plugin.
Specifically, the “Add Listing” button leads to a “Not Found” error. The same thing is happening with the Dashboard, Account Listing, Packages, Settings, Listings, and Category pages. Additionally, the Vendor page layout is completely broken and isn’t displaying any content.
Could you help me figure out what’s causing this conflict? Thanks!
I’m currently using ListingHive and working on some customizations, such as featured listings, selling digital products, and handling customer payments directly through the platform for later payouts to vendors.
My plan is to purchase more modules as I start monetizing the site. I already have a few up and running, but to move forward with the next steps, I really need to fix this configuration issue between the Marketplace and WooCommerce.
