Hi, so I have the following problem. According to the Dutch regulations, if people sell more than 30 products or make more than 2000 euro’s in a year (january - december), we have to get additional information.
Is there a way to set a maximum to either of these 2, or an automatic pause untill they fill in a document? Manually would be good too, so for example:
Someone has sold 30 products. At that moment his account gets paused from selling automaticly. We send him manually an email with the additional information we need, and if he has filled in the document we can manually active his account again.
In short, is there a way to set a maximum value to sold products / revenue?
I also want to add, if this is possible with memberships, that would be an option too. So for example a free membership with max revenue of 2000 a year and 30 products a year, and if you want the premium membership you have to fill in the information in advantage so you get unlimited sales and revenue. Is that a possibility?
Unfortunately, there is no such function, it will require advanced customization. Currently, the workaround is to manually check the number of products and the amount, and then ask for additional documents for verification.
