Hi, I’ve read through the General forums on charging a user to send a message for listing through the membership extension but I haven’t seen any clarification on how to do it, just that you CAN do it.
I’m trying to create a simple and temporary solution on paying money to send a message to a lister.
I’ve also seen that the Marketplace extension offers something along the same lines, and I’m curious about what the difference is between Marketplace and Membership for this feature. I’m currently using ListingHive.

The Marketplace extension doesn’t restrict access to messages, but you can enable/disable messages using Memberships (for each membership plan separately). It’s not possible to charge users for some specific messages limit yet, there’s a simple checkbox that enables/disables messages depending on the current membership plan.
