Hello, I have two vendor categories, Vendor Category 1 and Vendor Category 2, and I want to restrict sending messages to Vendor Category 1 for those who don’t have a membership plan. However, they should still be able to send messages to Vendor Category 2 without requiring a membership plan. Is this possible?
