When i try to check messages that i received on my account it says “Nothing found”
Peoples can’t see the messages that they received.
Messages Page = Nothing Found Page

The solution doesn’t work for me or i may have done thing wrong.
I have no caching plugin, i also tried to insert “no caching” into functions.php of the theme, i refreshed permalinks according to the procedure shared. i disable all other plugin : akismet, gutenberg, jetpack layout grid, or wordpress editor pluggin. i tried disable store message in database, account/messages/ still redirect to the the first post. i tried to enable it “message” disappear from navigation toolbar. Do you have any idea why it still doesn’t work for me ?
i found the solution ! i had to go to host setting and empty caching. thanks !
