Messages storage location

Hello everyone,

for now we have enabled the private message on the platform. I would love to know how can I check messages that has been sent between users due I select 30 or 60 days as storage limit.

Hi,

You can enable message monitoring; please check this doc How to block or monitor messages - HivePress Help Center. But note that messages are deleted after the storage period.

I’ve already enable it but I want to know where are the messages located? If I want phisically have access to them, there is some folder where I can review in case something happen?

The easiest way is using message monitoring, if you mean checking the message storage directly then messages are stored as hidden comments of “hp_message” type in the WordPress database (wp_comments table).
