Messages to Vendors with multiple listings

Hi,

I noticed that a vendor with multiple listings - if they are messaged by the same user, all the messages get piled into one conversation - which makes it super confusing for the vendors. Is it possible to ensure that when a user messages a vendor the conversations are not grouped but instead separate and related only to the particular listing? I’ve had at least 15 vendors complaining about getting confused - these vendors have about 20 listings each. Thank you

If you are referring to a conversation between two unique users, we apologize for this UX issue. Currently, messages are not grouped by listings. However, if a message is sent via a listing page, the listing link is attached to the message so the context is clear. We’ll consider ways to improve the UX, and it’s possible that in the future conversations could be grouped by listing rather than just by user-to-user.
