Monthly rate for some listings

I would like to offer longer term lease / rentals as an additional property listing category, as well as the normal nightly priced accommodation listings. I therefore just need a pricing description choice for a specific category that says “per month”

Thank you for the info. May I ask how this snippet will work. Will it work for any currency? Will I be able to change the price format to per month for individual listings? or per category? Will my default still be price per night. Regards Jean

Please note that this PHP snippet changes the price format globally for all listings. If you need it for individual listings or categories, it will require advanced customization.

I managed to achieve different type of pricings follows:

PRICE PER NIGHT.

Hivepress Settings, Listings, Selling, only list Categories that you want Price Per Night For. (ie Accomodation)

Hivepress Settings, Bookings, only list Categories that you want Price Per Night For.

For (ie Accomodation)

This displays Price per Night and allows for Booking or Request To Book.

PRICE PER MONTH.

Create a new Attribute called Price Per Month and allocate that to only apply to the category where u want to display this (ie Rentals).

U then specify Block Primary and Page Primary as display areas and only display the %label%

This displays Price per Month next to the Price and allows for Messaging, which is perfect for Rentals.

JUST A PRICE

Categories excluded as per A from booking and selling and without the additional attributes as per B will just display a price with no suffix and allow for messaging.
This is perfect for House for Sale and Activities.
