Multi-criteria reviews for ExpertHive

Hi HivePress team,

I’m planning to use ExpertHive for a consultant marketplace. Reviews and ratings are central to building trust on my platform.

Currently, reviews support a single overall star rating.
:backhand_index_pointing_right: My question: Do you plan to add multi-criteria ratings (e.g. Professionalism, Accuracy, Communication, Value), and will these be searchable/filterable in the listing directory?

It would be very useful if:

  • Admin can define criteria globally or per category.
  • Criteria averages can be displayed on consultant profiles.
  • Criteria could be exposed as listing attributes for search/filter.

Is this feature on your roadmap, or would you recommend a workaround (custom fields / attributes) in the meantime?

Thank you for considering our products.

We’re definitely planning to add multicriteria reviews in the future, but we don’t have an exact timeline to share yet.

In the meantime, you might want to explore third-party plugins that offer this feature.
