Hi We are using rental hive theme for Vacational rental services. We have properties where multiple bookings can be taken on a single date like 1st Guest booked 19th Jan Checkin and 20th Check Out so, another guest can also book their guest numbers on the same date (Dates should not be blocked after single booking) Attached Screenshot.

Please make sure you have this feature enabled in your settings: How to add guests to bookings - HivePress Help Center. Also, in addition to this main function, its additional function Allow multiple bookings per time period is enabled. If this is all enabled and the dates are still blocked, then you most likely have a Maximum Guests per Booking of one.
