In JobHive, is it possible for multiple different users to post jobs for the same company? I know several recruiters at the same company and it would be great if they could each have a unique login but all post under their company name.

Unfortunately, there is no such possibility, since the vendor (Company) does not have the multiple account function.
Is it within the terms of use for me to make a child theme and try to implement this functionality myself? Or do you advise against it?

Unfortunately, I can’t tell you for sure, as this would require a detailed review of the code and the addition of complex customization with appropriate testing.
