Regular listings per page - it’s basically a number of listings per page on the paginated listing pages (category/search). By setting the number of featured listings, you define how many spots for the featured listings are allowed at the top of the category/search results (so the total number of listings per page is featured+regular). Related listings per page defines how many listings are displayed at the bottom of a single listing page in the Related Listings section.
How do listing are related ? With tags ?
They are related by categories by default, also if you use Geolocation then the radius-based location filter is also applied (so only nearest listings are related).
