I got an e-mail that there is a new listing but it is not visible in the backend. I can find the user in the backend but neither the listing and not the provider.
It worked fine till today.

Please make sure that you have not made any new changes recently, if you have, we recommend that you revert to the previous version of your website. Also, please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.
