New users cannot post listings it constantly redirects to complete profile page

Hi.
New users cannot post listings it constantly redirects to complete profile page. The only way to allow it is deleting all vendor’s categories. Another solution is deleting the required attribute.
I made a fresh WP and add only hivepress plugin. Absolutely new site for tests wp 6.5.4 version. So no other plugins can be involved.

Steps to reproduce

Install hivepress theme. Add hive plugin. Go to vendors and add a new category.
Go to attr and add a new select. Mark it as required. Add some select options. (if you delete this attr. later it’ll fix the problem)

Open the site from incognito. Sign up as new user. Tap add listing. It redirects to “complete profile” page. Input all the info. Tap “Save”. It renew the page and that’s it.

Go to your wp-admin - hive - vendors. See the no vendors, but the indicator shows +1 each time you tap “save” in your incognito page. So it creates the vendor record but it doesnt link to the user.

Actual result

Try yourself https://shop1.artcollectortattoo.com/

Expected result

Finish the profile and go to creating listing

The required field attributes still cause that bug. Idk how to fix it

Hi,

Most likely, you have a required attribute that needs to be filled in to get to the Add Listing page. If you do not have any such attributes, please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.

I assume it caused by some caching plugins or server-side cache, but the thing is even after purging and deleting the lightspeed cache plugin, the problem still was there. Hosting by Hostinger. Support said there was no caching from server side.

Only after 30+ minutes it started working properly(so looks like the problem was in caching). I didnt turn on the lightspeed again yet, coz working on the site. I’ll give an update afterwards.

Solution is turning off and deleting all caching plugins, delete all created attributes and WAIT 30 min. Flushing the cache doesn’t help for some reason. Then new attributes started to work as expected.

Hi! I have a server at Hostinger and the CDN is a default option for all Hostinger users, so if you have the Cloud Startup, for example, your website is cached in the CDN network. Log in, select your website, and the left side, search for Performance->CDN->flush cache. After that, clear your browser cache too, or try an other browser or phone.
I tried at once the Litespeed, because Hostinger offering that, but I encountered some errors, and uninstalled.

CDN is inactive. Flush cache button is disabled.
