I’ve created a website using HivePress called aqarrise.ae. I’ve already set up the SMTP configuration for email, and I’ve enabled the options under HivePress > Settings for “Allow User Registration” and “Require Email Address Verification.” However, when users try to register or log in, they are not receiving the verification email. How can I fix this issue? Please help.

If you have configured your emails correctly as shown in this documentation How to set up emails - HivePress Help Center, I recommend checking the logs in the SMTP plugin you are using, as it should contain more detailed information.
