When I click on a category, listings are not visible. Instead, the message is displayed: “No Listings were found matching your selection.” From the search level, you can find the listing without any problems. Disabling plugins does not help, nor does refreshing links. Interestingly, everything was fine before.

I recommend that you disable absolutely all third-party plugins and customizations again and check if the issue persists. Also, please update your permalinks as shown in this doc: How to refresh WordPress permalinks - HivePress Help Center
If an issue exists, please provide more details on what changes were made before the issue appeared.
Problem solved. The problem was caused by the “Classified Listing – Classified ads & Business Directory Plugin”.
