No Requests Template in ExpertHive

I have ExpertHive installed together with all additional plugins and I am trying to create a template for the “Requests” page. However, when adding a new template and selecting the type of template in the dropdown menu, there is not such option as “requests”. It works just fine for the “Listings” page. The Requests plugin is installed and activated and the default requests page of ExpertHive is shown.

Hi,

Please disable third-party plugins and customizations (if there are any) and check if this issue persists. If you use a caching plugin, make sure that caching is disabled for logged-in users.

P.S. If you purchased a theme or extension, please enter the license key in the forum profile settings, this will enable the Premium Support badge and ensure a 24-hour turnaround time.

Hi @andrii, thanks for the quick response!

I added the license key upon registration to the community forum, so it should be there? It was just not in comma separated format in the mail I received back when purchasing HivePress + addons.

Regarding the requests problem: I tried disabling all other plugins (just One Click Demo Import and Maintenance, no caching plugins) and also tried reinstalling the HivePress Requests plugin. Neither of these attempts worked out unfortunately. In the worst case, I might try reinstalling HivePress itself, as I am only beginning to setup my marketplace.

I’ve attached a screenshots, to show that the requests page exists (it is also visible in the frontend).

Thanks again!
