Hello, is there a way for the customer to receive a notification by email, when a reservation is accepted from my admin dashboard! It works well when it is the host who accepts a reservation (the guest receives the notification by email) but sometimes I have to validate myself (administrator) instead of the host because he does not know how to do, but the guest in this case does not receive a notification
It should work this way by default, also on the back-end. The only requirement is the booking transition from Pending to Published status. If it doesn’t work please post the detailed bug report and we’ll look into this.
