Offer doesn't appear on the request page

Hello,

I created a vendor user from the vendor login page, and made an offer for a request made by a regular user.

I checked the checkboxes for " Registration
Allow direct registration " in the admin page.

However, when I look at the request page with the user account that posted the request,

the offer doesn’t appear on the request page. What should I do?

Hi,

Please navigate to HivePress > Settings > Requests > and make sure that the Manually approve new requests feature is disabled. If this feature is enabled, disable it and try creating a request again.

I already did this but I still don’t see any offers,
what should I do?

When I checked the user status from the admin screen,
the “Mark this vendor as verified” box was not checked in the “Verified” section.
What could be the cause?

I see. Then it is most likely caused by caching, we recommend checking your caching plugin. It is also possible that the hosting provider is caching, and we recommend checking it additionally.

I use a cache plugin called WP ROCKET. I have already cleared the cache several times but it didn’t solve the problem.

Then please check all the other settings we recommended, as we tested everything locally and the offers are displayed without any issues.
