One 1 attachment is show in the conversation

Hi, when a user or vendor attach 1 file to the conversation its no problem BUT when later they add more files they dont appear, only the first file from each user (vendor, client).
I can see the file is been uploaded and saved in the database but they are not show in the conversation.

So it is like the code only show 1 attachment per person because the first file is been show ok but if later on the conversation you add more, they dont appear.

*I tried reinstalling the plugin and no luck.
