In the backend the listing limit is set to 15.
But the error message appears for the seller that the limit for free listings is used up (although only 3 listings are created).
What am I missing here?

Please try to check by registering a new user because the changes will be only for new users, for older users, the limit remains the same.
Okay, that works, but now the user won’t be asked, if he still wants to go premium (until the free packages are fully used I guess)
The user should instead be able to chose a package every time when creating a listing. Do we have snippet for this? Please say yes… 
Unfortunately there’s no snippet, but there were many requests for this feature so we added it to the Paid Listings roadmap.
