How can I force links in the social-links extension to open in a new tab, and be no-follow?

I have searched here but found no solution :slight_smile:

Hi,

Could you please clarify whether you are referring to the Social Links plugin or the custom attribute of a link type?

If the question is related to Social Links, the links in the plugin are nofollow and open in a new tab by default.

If you’re referring to a custom attribute, please use this snippet in the display format: <a href="%value%" target="_blank" rel="nofollow">Custom text</a>.

Hi,

Thank you, I was talking about the plugin - but now see it’s behaving like I want it to, I also made a website field as a custom attribute and that was what was opening in the same page, so happy to have the solution!
