Hi HivePress Team,
I would like to suggest adding an option to hide the “Buchungen/Umsatz” (Revenue/Bookings) section on the expert dashboard for users who don’t use paid features.
Why:
-
Users without active paid subscriptions see an empty revenue table, which looks unprofessional
-
It would improve the user experience by showing only relevant statistics
-
This could be a simple toggle in the admin settings
Suggested solution: Add a dashboard option to display only statistics (charts) without the revenue/bookings table for non-paying users.
Thank you for considering this feature request!
Best regards
Hi,
Thank you for the suggestion, and welcome to the community
Could you please clarify who you consider as non-paying users in your case? Do you restrict bookings only to paying users, and if so, how is this set up? The more details you can provide, the better we’ll be able to evaluate this feature.
This will also help us determine whether it can be accomplished with a PHP snippet or if it would require full feature development.
Hi Kseniia,
Thank you for asking for clarification!
In my case:
-
I have Memberships extension enabled
-
Users get 3 months free , then pay once per year for account access
-
I do NOT charge for bookings/reservations - the booking system is just for scheduling
-
The “Buchungen/Umsatz” (Revenue) section is completely unnecessary for my use case
Current workaround: I tried hiding the Revenue section with CSS snippets, but this either:
What I need: An option to selectively hide only the Revenue/Bookings section while keeping other dashboard elements visible (like statistics, profile, etc.).
This would make the dashboard cleaner and more professional-looking for experts who don’t use the payment/booking features.
Best regards
Thanks for the details.
If you do not use marketplace features, you can consider disabling the Marketplace plugin, this will remove the Dashboard tab.
If this option isn’t what you’re looking for, could you please share a screenshot of the exact element you want to hide?
