Order Attachment Upload Failing

I’m developing a freelance marketplace using TaskHive and have encountered an issue where freelancers cannot attach files to order deliverables. File uploads consistently fail in which no attachments appear on the “Deliver Order” page. I have enabled file attachments in HivePress Settings → Orders and configured the system to allow all file types. The bookings feature is enabled but only used in one specific category, so it shouldn’t be affecting order attachments. Could anyone help identify why file attachments aren’t working or if there’s a known issue with TaskHive and HivePress attachments?
